Quality Policy Statement


Codex’s mission as an Irish family-owned office provider is to listen and adapt to our business customers’ needs in an efficient and sustainable manner.  Everything we do is underlined by our five values of customer-first, integrity, innovation, ambition, and belonging.  We care about your people, our people and other people and will not remain stationary in our drive for excellence.


Our Vision is to put people first and be the best and most sustainable B2B office supplier in Ireland.

It is our goal to provide products and services that always meet and where possible, exceed our customer requirements, based on the following principles:

 

  • Customer requirements are collected and understood to ensure that we meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
  • The requirements of all interested parties are clearly understood so that our products and services can be delivered in a timely and professional manner.
  • All key processes employed to deliver our products and services are documented, resourced appropriately and monitored to ensure conformance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • All employees are competent for their area of work through academic achievement, training and/or experience.
  • A voice of the customer programme is in place to monitor and measure customer satisfaction and to identify ways to improve customer experience. 

 

To provide for this policy, we have established an Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 standards.  The IMS is an integral part of our process management, and we are dedicated to its continual improvement by:

 

  • Providing clear focus on priorities by establishing business and quality objectives annually, which are reviewed periodically throughout the year and during the annual management review process, 
  • Making available the necessary resources to ensure that the IMS remains effective and conforms to the requirements of the ISO Standards,
  • Providing an effective framework for acting on opportunities for continual improvement

 

Codex has implemented an Internal Audit Programme to ensure the ongoing suitability and conformity of the IMS is assured.  The IMS has the full support of the senior management team.  

 

Our Quality Policy is communicated to all staff via our internal HR system and intranet and is available publicly to interested parties via our website. It is a controlled document and reviewed annually.
